" I'm 24, Polish, live in the dirty old city of Lodz, central Poland. Just got MSc at chemistry (or its Polish equivalent), currently doing the follow-up as a postgrad, hoping to get PhD one of these days:) Besides, I teach English part-time (money talks!) and do some other weird things like rock climbing for instance. I happened to spend the beautiful summer of '95 in Belfast on a student exchange program called IAESTE (feel free to email me for details, may be interesting to any of u!), worked at QUB's Chemical Engineering School. The Irish turned out to be just like us Polish: very outgoing, drinking like fish and lazy as sin :) Then no wonder I really enjoyed the craic in Belfast. Don't be surprised then if one day one of you will see a bloke with distinctive East European accent, ordering a pint at the Egg. It will be me! Sure some day I'll visit Belfast again. "

• Drink: Anything alcoholic of course, especially Polish vodka, Irish whiskey, any beer
• TV: Hardly have any time for it
• Films: Platoon, Silence Of The Lambs, Shawshank Redemption, Natural Born Killers, Braveheart
• Going Out: Won't mention my fave places in Lodz cos it wouldn't ring your bell (unless u come and see!) but my main hangouts in Belfast were: Cutter's Wharf, Morrison's, The Fly, The Egg, Lavery's and York Hotel
